E1: GRID: 'HTTP error: 503' Error When Copy/Pasting Large Number of Records in a JAS Cluster URL

Customer has a vertical cluster using OHS. When copy/pasting large number of records (around 4000 records) when logged into the cluster URL, below error message appears:
Request could not be processed
HTTP error: 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Please contact your System Administrator
After clicking OK, grid may or may not get populated.
Issue does not happen if logged in into the individual cluster member and not logged in using cluster URL.
Note that customer is not using the import assistant to import the records but instead directly pasting into the editable grid.
