It says "Unknown element 'LclInstrm'".

In the XML output of R744002 there are the following lines:

<LclInstrm><Cd>TRF</Cd></LclInstrm>

In the processing options of R744002, tab General option 10. Local Instrument

it says that:If left blank this tag will be suppressed into the XML.

So if left blank, it should have been suppressed.
