Customer is using Cross Docking with no WMS. In the P4312 processing options, Cross Docking tab option #1 can be set to 2- Use Planned, or 3 - Use both Planned and Opportunistic. Both values seem to produce the same result
When using Cross docking option = 3, we expect the program to assign to planned orders and if nothing was planned assign as opportunistic. This options is working as expected.
However, when using Cross docking option = 2 the outcome is exactly the same i.e. orders are assigned as opportunistic even though it's supposed to only cross dock those orders that have been planned.

Customer requires to have this functionality since, in addition to be consumed by sales orders, cross docked items can also be consumed from work orders. Hence, in the case there is no prioritized sales order, customer needs the stock to be received into available inventory instead of being assigned to the existing sales orders (following opportunistic logic).
Is there an option to avoid that incoming inventory for cross docking items is assigned to sales orders automatically, even when they are not prioritized in the cross docking workbench?
