Symptoms

On EnterpriseOne Application Release E920 and Tools Release 9.2.1.X or higher, after user created a watchlist (personal or shared), when user access the watchlist dropdown menu, user is able to see the watchlist but it keeps on spinning and the results does not render.

The following "AIS Login Failure" error can be seen in the web browser console:
