E1: UBE: Output PDFs Not Opening in Windows 10 / Windows 2016 (Doc ID 2252671.1)

Symptoms

The PDF output is not opened automatically in below scenarios:

1. After running a Universal Batch Engine (UBE) locally (with On Screen option). The PDF is created in PrintQueue folder but was not opening the PDF file automatically.

2. If the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne UBE output is tried to access from Work With Submitted Jobs (WSJ), the PDF is not opened automatically.

In both cases, there is a Adobe Reader task added in task manager. Until this task manager entry is killed none of the PDFs can be opened from print queue folder as well.

This was reported in both 9.1 and 9.2 tools releases when the accessing EnterpriseOne via a Windows 10 / Windows 2016 machine.
