After the changes of Bug: 23289410 there are inconsistencies how Carrier, MOT
and Freight handling code are updated when an order line is back ordered.
For a transportation order that has Carrier, MOT and Freight handling code
defaulted from the header and which has multiple detail lines
1. When one order line is fully backordered during Ship confirm, then CARS,
MOT and FRTH are blanked out on order detail for the backordered line
2. When one order line is partially backordered during Ship confirm, then
CARS, MOT and FRTH remains on all lines, including the backordered line
3. When one order line is fully backordered in P4210, then CARS, MOT and FRTH
remains on the backordered line.
