E1: 43: Mobile Application does not Refresh without Orders to Approve (Doc ID 2252945.1)

Symptoms

Release: 9.1 and above

Program: Mobile Approvals - tablet/M43082
              Mobile Approvals - smart phone/M43083

When there are not any orders to approve in the mobile approval application (M43082 or M43083), the screen will not refresh when the user swipes down on the screen of the mobile device. If any new orders are entered while the approver is logged into the mobile application, they will not be able to refresh the screen to view and approve/reject the order. They must logout of the mobile application and log back in to view any orders. This does not occur if there are still orders in the queue to approve.
