Symptoms

In F03b16 AVDL computation includes F03B14 lines with PDLT=1 which should not take place.
Partial receipts are not considered when calculating average days late. A partial receipt is excluded based on F03B14.PDLT field with a value of 1. If a receipt has a value of 0 in F03B14.PDLT then it will be included in this calculation.
Steps to duplicate the issue
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.create partial payment for a particular customer and check if the PDLT field is populated as 1 in F03B14.
2. Run AR statistical history update report R03B16A
3. manually calculate the AVDL field with formula -
F03B16 AVDL = Current AVDL + Previous AVDL
Where:
Current AVDL = No Of Days Late*(Current Payment/Total Payments)
Previous AVDL = Previous No Of Days Late * (Previous Payments/Total Payments)
4. In F03b16 check if the lines in F03B14 with PDLT field populated is included in the calculations.
5. verify the above in P03B16 Account Statistical Summary application by querying by company and customer
