Symptoms

Employee lives in Arizona and works in Washington state. Arizona withholding is not required from Arizona residents working in other states. Additional Tax Overrides contains 03 F R JIT 0 AZ 0 - showing that Arizona Voluntary form has not been filed. An interim is run and the results show that taxes are withheld.
