E1: ESU: Index Creation Errors When Applying ESUs JN10604 and JN10606 (Doc ID 2256359.1)

Symptoms

The R98407 (Table and Index Creation) shows errors creating indexes on certain tables after applying ESUs JN10604 or JN10606. This has been know to occur for F08116 in JN10606 and F40051, F42I011, F42I021, and F42I09 in JN10604.

The jde.log contains a message similar to the following when trying to create the index for F08116:
