Symptoms

Requesting automatic retesting of eligibility so that when employee's are enrolled into a benefit plan with a PENDING status, the system automatically changes the enrollment status to ACTIVE once the employee reaches the eligibility date defined in P08334.

Current functionality requires that users manually retest eligibility when the employee reaches their eligibility date so that the plan changes to an ACTIVE status. This relies on HR users to conduct regular maintenance on pending enrollments rather than having the system change the plan from pending to active on its own automatically.
