E1: OVR: Errors like "File does not begin with '%PDF-'...", "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open...", or "The report cannot be rendered..." when Opening One View Reports

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For EnterpriseOne running on Load Balancers, on 22.214.171.124 or below tools release, when running a One View report which output is in PDF or Word, the report cannot be open intermittently. Depending on the output type, the following errors are encountered.
For PDF output, intermittently the following errors are encountered:
For Word output, intermittently the error "The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator." is encountered:
This issue does not happen to all users, and does not always happen for a given user. When the report is not working for one user, it still may work for a different user at the same time.
