When trying to install JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Server Manager Console, an error message is displayed while executing the command

'D:\ jde_home \SCFMC\smcWeblogic\bin\StartWeblogicAdminServer.bat'

Also,

InstallActions<TIMESTAMP>.log has below error message

Tools Release Upgrade to 9.2.1.0
