Symptoms

Creating an EnterpriseOne JET Application Based on the sample Template downloaded and installed to local Jdeveloper tool.

Using the documentation found here  and configuring the AIS Server. 

On Step # 3, it says "Change USER_NAME and PASSWORD to be a valid user and password on the HTML Server that is used by the AIS Server."

Where does the USER_NAME and PASSWORD need to be entered in order to test the JET application locally?

Also, when testing, the form is not displaying correctly and there is a browser error related to security.
