When doing an Employee Status Change Request where Category Codes/User Dates are used, such as Dept/Supervisor Change, when selecting the Category Codes/User Dates link (tab) it takes you to Eligibility Codes. If you cancel out, the Category Codes option is available and if selected, it still takes you to Eligibility Codes.  Category Codes and/or User Dates fields are never available.
