Symptoms

After upgraded Google Chrome browser version to 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit), the "Open Applications", "Recent Reports" and "Favorites" in the Carousel are
automatically collapsing. If user click on the Chrome Refresh icon, this area will expand and then just automatically collapse. This is a sporadic issue. Sometimes if user click on refresh, the user is able to expand and display items in the "Open Applications", "Recent Reports" and "Favorites" sections and it will remain expanded. Howelver, sometimes, users cannot get any of the 3 options to expand at all.

This issue is only occurring in Google Chrome Browser version 57.*. Other browsers like Internet Explorer do not have this issue.
