Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After a developer checks out an object and erases the check out, subsequent check out requests will result in the jde log accumulating OMWFUtil::deleteDirectory - ERROR: Failed to delete file and OMWFUtil::deleteDirectory - ERROR: Failed to delete non-empty path in the jde.log. The same messages are added each time the object is checked out after erase check out.

Steps:

  1. Fastpath OMW
  2. Check out object R0006P 1st time, jde.log does not have error messages
  3. Erase check out > check out 2nd time > jde.log has OMWFUtil::deleteDirectory messages
  4. Erase check out > check out 3nd time > jde.log has more OMWFUtil::deleteDirectory messages

Local jde.log
