E1: 42: BSSV JP420000 Issues Item Invalid Error When Using Customer Item Number (Doc ID 2263636.1)

Symptoms

When setting up an item cross reference (P4104) and using SalesOrderManager BSSV (JP420000) to created orders it fails with error 0267 - Item Number Invalid. This happens when the Cross reference is set up with a blank address book number.
With the same set up P4210 and R47011 create the order successfully.
