Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. When using the P4112 Inventory Issue to issue account charges to job cost project, using a single non unique charge to account for multiple lines that have the same item and GL account information, results in an integrity issue with the JE Line Numbers between the F0911 and the F4111. As if, P4112 is not properly recording Journal Entry Line Number JELN in F4111 when capturing Equipment costs (Fuel Charge) by issuing charge item where multiple lines have the exact same account number. There appears to be a pattern where the F4111.JELN line number does not get recorded with the correct value to match the F0911 journal entry created. As if the JELN for the subsequent (last) entry gets written to the prior (first) entry.
2. The P4112, depending on the issue type code (1-3), does not write the F0911 JE line number to F4111 correctly and does not consistently write all of the expected F0911 records. Issue type 2 with multiple lines, same subledger. Review F0911 and F4111. F4111 written with incorrect JE line numbers. Missing F0911 records. Issue Type 3, Issue identical lines including Same Equipment Number and same subledger. Review F0911 and F4111. F4111 written with incorrect JE line numbers. Missing F0911 records.
