Symptoms

 In Server Manager, the EnterpriseServerTimeout setting is missing from under Configuration -> Network and Queue Settings. This setting was part of the Enterprise Server up until release 9.1.4.0.

EnterpriseServerTimeout setting was displayed in Server Manager as Timeout Threshold as visible in the screenshot below.
