Symptoms

When running Refresh Reconciliation File (R09130) for an account for a period where no records are found (e.g. before the first journal entry is entered for that account) the UBE will not update the Reconciliation tables correctly (F0911R1 and F0911R).
The UBE will not delete F0911R records if they exist and will update the Date (DTE) field in F0911R1 without updating the Amount fields (AA1, AA2, AA).
This results in incorrect information being displayed in Manual Reconciliation (P09131) if the UBE was run previously for a period where records were found and amounts were entered in F0911R1.
