Goal

When selling some quantity from item A, the system should add a free good quantity from item B as per below configuration:

When selling 0-11 units from item A -> no Units for item B
When selling 12 units from item A -> add 1 Units for item B
When selling 13-24 Units from item A -> add 2 Unit for item B
When selling 25-36 Units from item A -> add 3 Unit for item B
