E1: ORCH: Orchestrator Low Performance When Handling a Stream of JSON Messages (Doc ID 2267088.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 16, 2024

Goal

The Orchestrator is showing low performance when handling a stream of JSON messages

The AIS server (Orchestration) is taking about 1 to 3 seconds to process one service request where looking to improve this performance (below 0.1 second) considering the demand of the shop floor devices that it must handle.

There will be 400 stores using 3-4 scanning device updating inventory and placing Orders.  When the transactions are processed at a high volume, AIS becomes unresponsive and everything stops working.  It is a simple JSON request over REST with no custom groovy steps or complex integration.
