Once a Contract Block has been entered the Contract Header and Contract Block End Dates can not be moved in to an earlier date even if that date is later then any existing Contract Harvest record.
Contracts may be terminated earlier than originally planned and the need is to be able to move the End Date to a date earlier than was originally entered but later than any existing Contract Harvest. If the date is later than existing Contract Harvest Dates allow the Block and Header End Dates to be moved in to earlier dates.
