E1: 17: Calculate Labor Cost Based On F0911 Records instead of F31122 records when using Update Work Order Actual Amounts (R13800) (Doc ID 2269549.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For SWM orders labor cost is summarized from F31122 and not from F0911.

In the case where there are errors in F31122, wrong labor amounts will be displayed. It should be considered only actuals, meaning labor costs which have reached F0911.

The request is to have labor cost displayed based on F0911 records (F0911.GLAA) instead of F31122. Then it would be consistent also with material amount and other costs amounts.
