E1: 15: End Date Not Taking Into Consideration For Proration When Running Recurring Billing Generation (R15100)

Symptoms
Recurring Billing Generation (R15100) does not process any amounts while generating billings, when run for Proration Method 3. This is applicable for both scenarios when R15100 is run
for:
- Proration and Bill Current Period
- Proration and Catch up
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a Lease
2. Setup Recurring Billing Information with Monthly frequency.
3. Run R15100 in proof mode with following Processing Options:
Recurring Billing Date - 3/15/2017
Billing Control Period Number - 3
Billing Control Year - 17
GL Date for Billings - 8/15/2017
Proration and Bill Current Period - 1
Method of Proration - 3
4. R15100 will not process any amounts for billing period 3. It shows amount as zero.
5. Re-run R15100 in proof mode with following PO's:
Recurring Billing Date - 3/15/2017
Billing Control Period Number - 3
Billing Control Year - 13
Gl Date for Billings - 8/15/2017
Proration and Catch up - 2
Method of Proration - 3
6. R15100 will not process any amounts for billing periods 1, 2 and 3. It shows amount as zero.
