E1: 43S: Order Acknowledge (P43S01) Not Displaying Correct Detail Lines (Doc ID 2270272.1)

Symptoms

Order Acknowledgement (P43S01) is showing an order header where the number of lines indicated matches with lines that were cancelled when the order was originally entered.  When the order is selected for acknowledgement, no detail lines display.  Why does the line count match the cancelled lines and why don't the open lines that are awaiting acknowledgement display when the order is selected?
