(Doc ID 2271922.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Agreement Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
P38010 (Agreement Master) does not allow to change the expiration date to an earlier date if transactions exist for the agreement.
It would be helpful to take the following into consideration.
- If the expiration date is moved to a date earlier, then an additional check should take place as below.
- If the transactions exists, check if the transactions are on a date that will still be in the period. If that is true for all transactions, the user should be allowed to change the expiration date.
- If that is NOT true for one of the transactions, the user should NOT be allowed to change to this expiration date. The user should be thrown an error that explains this to him.
