E1: 38: Enhancement Available to Allow User to Update Expired Date (EXDJ) to an Earlier Date in Agreement Master (P38010) and Agreement Detail (P38011)
(Doc ID 2271922.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 05, 2021
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Agreement Management - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In the Agreements Master (P38010) and Agreements Detail (P38011), a user is able to change the Expired Date (EXDJ) of an agreement to an earlier date. An error is displayed when the date is changed to an earlier date if a transaction exists for the agreement. Users then need to cancel the agreement and create a new agreement if the Expired Date is changed to an earlier date and transactions exist for the agreement.
Users should have the leverage to change the Expired Date of the agreement rather than moving the agreement to a closed status and creating a new agreement.
