Symptoms

When using the Work With Work Order History (P17715) functionality in a Work Order, if the user attempts to add a work order for an equipment record that is already on an open work order, the system will generate error 113T - Work Order already Exists. However, if this same option is active in the Self Service version of the P17714, the end user can add a new work order with no error.
