Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2019

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Unnecessary related order number (RORN) populates in a purchase order detail
line generated from a quote order that does not have the related order
number. The unnecessary related order number (RORN) is copied from the above
purchase order detail line generated from a quote order that has the related order number.

This issue occurs when a purchase order that includes 2 detail lines is
generated from 2 quote orders. One quote order has a related order number
(RORN). Another does not have.
