If user enters a collection in style tab of Sales Order Entry (P4210) for a specific season/year then system does not filter and retrieve style items for specific collection only.
The purpose of collection fields in the Style tab of P4210 header is to validate the items entered in the sales order. The validation means system will verify whether the item entered in the sales order exists under the collection specified in the style tab of sales header. If the item entered does not exist under the collection, then system will throw an error/warning based on the processing options of P4210. The purpose of collection details is to validate the items, not to default/filter the items in the sales order matrix screen. For defaulting the specific style items, we need to use the collection templates only.
