P17500 - Case Management
P90CD020 - Service Management Workbench
When user creates a Case for the same Serial Number but with a different Product Model, application P17011S, form W17011SA (Work with Equipment Serial Numbers) pops-up.
Then from the Case (P17500), the user creates an SV order by clicking on Related actions > Add Work Order and application P90CD002 is called and then application P17011S, form W17011SA pops-up again.
