Symptoms

Stuck threads occur in HTML Server running on WebLogic Server, with stack traces similar to the following, causing performance, high CPU usage and Login issues.

 Specifically, note the "java.util.zip.Deflater.deflateBytes(Native Method)" method at the top of the call stack.
