Symptoms

Customer Service SO Entry (P42101)

When a Sales Order on C1 Credit Hold is cancelled, the Credit Hold is NOT released. This only occurs under the following conditions:
  - Customer Service SO Entry (P42101) was used to cancel the order line
  - The order line being canceled was on backorder
  - The order line being canceled contains a price adjustment
  - Parent-child credit checking is being applied to the sales order
