Issue was reported in Tools 220.127.116.11. When an ESU is applied using Change Assistant to two path codes (both selected), and one of the path codes has not been added to F00942T (no package build insert), objects are not added to F98780R or F98780H for the path code that has been added to added to F00942T.
PS910 is not added to F00942T yet (no package build insert yet for PS910). DV910 has been added to F00942T (package build insert done).
When an JM18095 is applied using Change Assistant to both PS910 and DV910 (both selected), one R96701 is produced for both path codes. In this case, B4500560 is not added to F98780R or F98780H for DV910.
When JM18095 is applied using P96470 to both PS910 and DV910, B4500560 is added to F98780H and F98780R for DV910 (i.e., using P96470 works correctly, and can be used as a workaround).
