E1: 15: EP Calc Generation Incorrectly Calculates Occupancy Percent When Lease Does Not Cover the Full Year (Doc ID 2278303.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 04, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In the scenario, where a lease begins in the middle of the year, Expense Participation Calculation Generation (R15110) incorrectly calculates the correct Occupancy Percentage for EP Calculation.  For instance, if a lease obegins in Feb 2015 and ends in Jan 2016 and EP information is setup with the same occupancy dates, R15110 incorrectly calculates the occupancy for 2015. Occupancy Percentage is being shown as 100% occupied for 2015 when occupancy should be reported as approx 91.5% value.
