E1: 40R: R40R010 Cancels Manually Backordered Line

On : 9.2 version, Demand Scheduling

When running the R40R010 Create Demand Schedule over an item with an existing sales order where the user manually backordered part of the line, the backordered line is cancelled.

The backordered line should not be cancelled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) P47171. Create EDI data for a demand off 11 for 1 item.
2) R47171. Run the UBE over the data.
3) P40R10. The demand was created for 11.
4) R40R010. Run the Create Demand Schedule.
5) P4210. The order was created for a quantity of 11.
6) P4210. Manually change the shippable quantity to 6 and backorder 5.
7) P4915. Approve the shipment.
8) P4210. The line is split.
9) P4915, P49645, P4205. Confirm the shipment.
10) P4111. Cardex record created and demand detail was updated to 5.
11) R40R010. Run the Create Demand Schedule again.
12) P4210. Re-inquire on the order and note the backordered line is now cancelled.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the demand is not fullfilled.
