E1: 46: Change Deliver To Address does not Update F4615 (Doc ID 2280455.1)

Symptoms

When the deliver to address has been changed on the sales order, the F4620 records are not being created when generating the carton detail via the P4615 application. The application appears to process, but never writes the F4620 records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an item for standard pack.
2. Enter a transportation sales order that will create a carton recommendation (F4615) record.
3. Change the deliver to on the sales order line.
4. Attempt to create the carton detail from the P4615. The process appears to work,but no F4620 records are created.
