When logging into the Deployment environment the following error is found in the alert_e1local.log:

file 5 needs media recovery
ORA-01110: data file 5: 'C:\JDEDWARDS\E910\PLANNER\DATA\JDECTL910.DBF'
ORA-1113 signalled during: alter database open..
