E1: 09: R098201 Foreign Currency Retained Earning Account Should Have the Decimal Places of Foreign Currency Instead of the Base Currency
Last updated on JUNE 30, 2017
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Ledger - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The foreign currency retained earnings amount is displayed with the decimal places of base currency. If the base currency is NTD (Taiwan Dollar) and the CA currency is only USD, currently the CA retained earnings amount is displayed with zero decimal places instead of 2 decimal places as the NTD does not have any decimal places. In this case, as the USD currency has two decimal places, the CA amount should display two decimal places for the retained earning account.
