E1:OUTBOUND RTE Server Filling Log Files Repeatedly Causing Full Disk

Using Weblogic 10.3.5 to hose the RTE server. It is filling the disk with log files at about 1.5 MB every 2 seconds causing out of disk space over several days. Transactions are still being processed as long as disk space is still available.
Additionally, there was an error in the .out log prior to the "runaway" logging:
This is causing the system to need constant monitoring and clearing the log files so the disk does not fill and cause the RTE server to fail.
