E1: OMW: Object Modifications Gets Overwritten When Same Development Client is Used by Multiple Developers

Consider scenario,

User 1:Checks out object A in Machine A in Project A

           Does Modifications and logs out of the machine, without performing check-in operation.

User 2:Login . Open OMW in Machine A. Add Object A to Project B.
          The status of Object A will be Checked out (because user 1 did not Checkin)
          User 2 does modification of Object A (It is possible that User 1 changes will be overridden by User 2) and Perform Save operation
          User 1 Modifications are lost.

User-1 did not checkin the object after his modification . When user-1 revisited the same object after sometime and performs checkin, modification made by user 2 would be saved in the Central Objects - ENV.
