When an advanced query is setup for the “Type Data” (TYDT) field in the P12230 Supplemental Data Inquiry by Data Type application for a specific Type Data i.e. CR, when running the advanced query error “Advanced Query Error System could not execute the query because system find is suppressed” is given. This is because the system does not populate the “Type Data” (TYDT) field with i.e. CR based on the Advance Query that was setup.

Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to menu G1318 / P12230 Supplemental Data Inquiry by Data Type and enter a CR in the Data Type Field (TYDT) then click find. This is just to pull up date that an Advanced Query will be setup for later.
2. Now Click on the Advanced Query icon and setup the following query based on the following field. i.e. Type Data = CR, Ending Date = between, Today, and Today plus 30 days. Select Save As default, Select Run When Selected, Select Match All. Now save query and Name Query i.e. TC CR during save of the query.
3. Exit Advanced Query and P12230 application. Then re-enter the P12230 application.
4. Notice Error “ADVANCED QUERY ERROR. System could not execute the query because system find is suppressed”. This is because the Type Data field is Blank and is not defaulting CR as the Type Data from the advanced query setup.
