Check Control Numbers Duplicating

When there are large numbers of employees paid in weekly payrolls so CKCN is used frequently, if the check digit is used, there are only 9,999,999 CKCN's. When the CKCN starts over it is possible the same CKCN could be used. When the CKCN is reused the F07186 is not updated correctly. The F07186 has a single primary key that uses CKCN and Line number. If the same CKCN is used there is a duplicate key issue, and any line number that for the CKCN with a record in the table is not inserted. This causes issues with history and the P07186 app.
