E1:42W: Service Level Rules Not Applied Correctly on a Copied Order (Doc ID 2289817.1)

Symptoms

The Service Level Order Rule Not Met (Error ID 42XE033) is not displayed in P42101/P4210 when copying a fulfilled and released sales order. When Auto Fulfillment (R4277701) is run over this copied order, it is fulfilling one line on a three line sales order even though two of the three order lines fail the Minimum Line Fill percent (100%) causing the order to fill only 33% of the lines which is less than the Minimum Order Fill % of 100%.
