Purpose

 Some clients have wanted to use Procurement Advanced Pricing with Blanket Purchase Orders and with Purchase Orders Released from Blanket orders. This document will provide examples to answer the following questions:

  1. Can Advanced Pricing Adjustments be applied to Procurement Blanket Orders?
  2. Can Advanced Pricing Adjustments be applied during PO Entry (P4310) if Blankets Exist for the Supplier and Item?
  3. How are Advanced Pricing Adjustments applied by the Order Release (P43060) program if Price Adjustments are defined for both the OB Blanket and the OP Purchase Order to be generated from the blanket?
