E1: JAS: TR 9.2.1.4 and 9.2.1.5, Databrowser Page Does Not Load in Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome Browsers (Doc ID 2292586.1)

Symptoms

You are on JDE Application release 9.2 and Tools Release 9.2.1.4. Logged in Web Client using Internet Explorer 11 browser. When trying to query the table using Databrowser, the screen hangs. Steps to Replicate the issue:

1.Login to JDE Web Client in Internet Explorer 11 running on TR 9.2.1.4  Fastpath to Databrowser
2.Query for any table say F9860 and hit OK
3.Next Screen gets Stuck.

The only workaround at this time is to press refresh (press F5) button and then page loads. This works fine in Mozilla Firefox and Issue is very much specific to IE11 and Google Chrome.
