When R17731 is run over a Service Order that is locked by another process (F00095 record), F31122 H&Q records are created, but R31422 does not process them. When R17713 is run over the Service Order for a second time AND if the record lock has been removed, then a second set of F31122 records are created and R31422 runs over both sets of F31122 records resulting in doubled Actual Labour Hrs in F3112 and doubled IH Journals.
