E1: WRKFLW: Reassigning an Email from Delete basket giving Error (Doc ID 2294047.1)

Symptoms

Accidently deleted an email from the inbox. When trying to restoring back from the delete basket getting an Address Book Number Invalid error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1- Signon to E1 and fast path to P012503
2- From the inbox delete a message
3- Make sure the deleted message appears in the delete basket.
4- While on the Delete basket select the message
5- Click on Row/Reassign
6- On the pop up screen enter 01 for the Queue Designator and tab out
7- Try to save the changes and an error will appear 'Invalid Address Number/User/Role'

If instead of tab out the cursor stays under the Queue Designator after entering 01 and the end user click to save the change takes effect with no error.
