Running R31802A generates positive units in the F0911 for IC's from configured work orders. The units for the debit IC journal entry should be negative

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a sales order for a configured item
2. Run R31802A to attach the parts list
3. Issue material
4. Complete the work order
5. Make sure the manufacturing constants for the branch has units writing to the G/L set
6. Run R31802A
7. Check the batch created in the G/L and notice the debit side of the journal entries is writing positive units instead of negative
